Lifting Program

HTP's elite lifting program will be on a monthly membership basis. Athletes will meet with our Sports Performance Director JT Canakes as a group every Monday and get each week's workout plan.  JT will provide the weekly plan and teach the proper form required in each lift, along with answering any questions regarding the lifts.  Athletes will be taught the different phases of lifting, nutrition, and form for each lift.

Date: Nov 6th 2023- March 15th 2024

Meeting Times: 

13/14:4-5pm Mondays

15/16: 5-6pm Mondays

17/18: 6-7pm Mondays

Monthly membership includes: access to the weight room Monday-Friday 3-8pm (Wednesdays Jan-March will only be open 3-5pm).  

Cost: $100 a month for full weight room access and a weekly group meeting to go over the weeks lift (4 month commitment)
